The Shoe Station www.theshoestation.co.uk is a popular children's shoe shop close to Kew Gardens in the heart of Kew Village, which retails not only beautiful and quality children's footwear but also a wide range of accessories and presents. The owners Claire and Sally share a passionate belief in excellent customer care which is reflected in every aspect of their business, with a strong emphasis on expert fitting and making the experience pleasurable for parents and children alike.
The wide range of brands stocked by the shop has been carefully chosen to fulfil the owners' criteria of quality, comfort and style. As well as varying by nationality, colour and style, different children's shoe brands are also more suited to wide or narrow feet. Parents become very knowledgeable about all this and will search the internet for the brands they want.

Claire and Sally were delighted that their new website was within a short time appearing high on page one of Google to potential new customers searching as generally as "children's shoe shop London". This is primarily thanks to the careful selection of key words and content through the pages of the website.
The "Brands" page was attracting nearly as many visits as the home page so we quickly reacted to this and developed an individual page per brand for the website. This will help to make the website even more powerful in attracting those customers looking for specific brands.
The Shoe Station will soon begin to sell selected items direct by mail order, and the website has full e-commerce functionality in preparation for this.
